These are capable platforms and some may suit you better than us; we say so below, per product. We checked every claim on this page against each vendor’s own public materials in July and August 2026. If something is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Fifteen of the sixteen platforms we checked rely on staff entering data into their own app or forms. One, Valoon, also captures from WhatsApp: it reached the same conclusion we did, in the German market. We say so on its page rather than claiming the idea is ours alone.
None publish general meeting transcription with speaker separation. One records pre-task safety briefings its users deliberately start.
Only four publish their prices, and all four price per user. We publish ours: per site, unlimited people, from £199.
