You pay the one-off setup fee up front and nothing else. If it is not right, cancel inside the month and there is nothing further to pay. Keep it, and it runs on a six month minimum term at the standard rate. The full export is yours whenever you ask for it, during the month or years later.

You set the ceiling
Every site carries a monthly AI ceiling that you set. You can see where you are against it at any point, and we tell you at eighty per cent.
Nothing runs past the ceiling without somebody agreeing to it. Capture never stops: messages, photographs and documents keep landing in the record whatever the ceiling says, because the record is the promise. It is only the processing that waits.
A typical live site running seven days a week sits at about £2 to £4 a month at these rates. Set the ceiling where you like and move it whenever.
Written down rather than left to good intentions, because the record outliving the contract is the whole product and it is worth being precise about.
A construction record is not a chat history that can be quietly aged out. Under the Limitation Act it may be needed six years after completion, or twelve where the contract is a deed, and the entire point of this product is that it is still there when a claim lands.
That means storage never stops growing and has to be paid for every month for more than a decade after the job finishes. Anyone promising unlimited storage on a record like that is promising something that costs them more every year you stay.
So the allowances are set against what a site actually does rather than at a number nobody can reach, we tell you before you get there, and nothing stops working if you go past. The busiest live site on the platform runs about 900 messages, 660 photographs and under 200 MB a month, which sits inside the entry tier with room to spare.
AI is handled the other way round, and deliberately. It is not bundled into the tier at all: it is metered per site at a published rate, itemised on the invoice, and held under a monthly ceiling you set. A bundled allowance hides a cost that rises with how hard you use it, and hiding it helps nobody. Metered and capped, you can see the number, you control it, and you only pay for work actually done on your record.
