Every word, told apart by voice.
Voice notes from the cab, the morning briefing, the subcontractor catch-up: recorded and turned into a written record with the speakers separated, the points picked out as they are said, and every action tied to the person who took it on. It reads back like minutes, not a wall of text.

Phone on the table. Minutes on the way.
Phone on the table. One microphone.
Everyone knows it is recording.
Live transcript · speakers separated by voice
What you get
A recorder that writes the record
Live transcript as you talk
The words appear about twenty seconds behind, so you can see it working. On iPhone too, where other apps cannot, because it does not lean on the phone’s own speech engine.
Speakers told apart
The recording is split into voices, and where a name is said aloud it is tied to the right speaker. A record of who said what, not an anonymous transcript.
Talking points, live
While the meeting runs, the points being discussed surface on screen and the commitments people make are picked out as they are said.
Actions by owner
Every commitment becomes a tracked action against the person who took it, stamped with the moment it was agreed. Disagreements are kept too, because those get revisited.
Voice notes, hands-free
A voice note walking the site becomes searchable, attributed text in the record, without stopping to type.
One tap, no bot to invite
Open the app, tap record, put the phone down. It works for the meeting that just started, not only the one scheduled a week ago.
How it works
Four taps, no training
Tap record
In the app, on the slab, in the van. The meeting does not have to be planned.
Talk normally
Nobody changes how they speak. The transcript and talking points build as you go.
Tap finish
The voices are separated and the written record is produced in about a minute.
It is filed
Transcript, summary, speakers and actions land in the project record, on the day.
The audio is discarded, never stored. It is processed into the written record and then thrown away. The transcript, the speakers and the actions are what we keep, so there is no pile of meeting recordings sitting on a disk.
Record your next briefing.
Start free on one site and read the minutes of tomorrow’s DABS before the kettle has boiled.
