Does my site team need to install anything?
No. They keep using the WhatsApp group they already use. Capture, transcription and structuring happen in the background, with the group’s consent. Emails and dropped-in files join the same record without anyone installing anything.
Are WhatsApp-based records actually useful in disputes?
