The dutyholder and competence rules apply to ordinary building work, not just tall towers. If more than one contractor is on site, someone has to be appointed and the information has to exist.

Each item is filed against the lifecycle stage and the duty it evidences, so the record organises itself instead of sitting in a chronological pile.
That photo lands inside the fire strategy evidence, dated and located.
Safeguard
Once captured, an item is immutable, versioned and timestamped, and it always points back to its original message, email or file. That is what turns a folder into a record.
The source message is preserved, so the evidence can be trusted later.
Hand over

Straight answers
Does the Building Safety Act apply to my small project?
Very likely, in part. The dutyholder and competence duties apply to ordinary building work, not only to higher-risk buildings, and the appointment and information duties are triggered whenever more than one contractor is involved. The fullest regime (gateways, mandatory occurrence reporting, safety case) applies to higher-risk buildings.
Is this a compliance guarantee?
No, and we will never claim it is. We assemble, organise, version and safeguard the evidence you are already required to keep, always pointing back to source, with gaps flagged. Deciding compliance remains with the dutyholders and the regulator.
Do my site team have to learn a new app?
No. That is the whole point. We capture from the WhatsApp group, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint your team already uses. The work of learning software stays in the office, not on site.
How is a WhatsApp message evidence?
A message sent on the day, captured immediately and preserved with its time, author and content, is contemporaneous evidence. Organised against the duty it supports and linked back to source, it carries real weight at a gateway or in a dispute.
Who owns the data?
