While the meeting runs, the points being discussed surface on screen, and the actions people commit to are picked out as they are said. You leave the meeting with the notes already made.
Speakers told apart
The recording is separated into voices, and where a name is said aloud it is tied to the right speaker. You get a record of who said what, not a wall of text.
Actions by owner
Every commitment becomes a tracked action against the person who took it, with the time it was agreed. Assign, add your own, tick them off. Disagreements are kept too, because those get revisited.
Filed and searchable
