Construction Metric is part of the AI Metric Group, a connected ecosystem of platforms founded to close one of the biggest gaps in modern construction: the space between what truly happens on site and what gets officially recorded. Our team brings together over fifty years of experience across construction management, marketing, and computer science. We build bespoke modular systems that fit each client’s structure and ways of working.

The First Step

The foundation for our sister platforms, like Quantum Metric (at quantumdelayanalysis.com), was established. These tools set the stage for our full end-to-end ecosystem for construction operations, delay analysis, and commercial intelligence.

The underlying technology and AI capabilities began to be developed. Our early work focused on building systems that could seamlessly integrate and provide one connected workflow—from site communication to forensic analysis.
